�Before styling, remove contact lenses.

� The standard treatment lasts to 2,5 hours. It depends on the chosen method and the number of the client's eyelashes.

� Eyelashes are applied on a closed eyelid. During the treatment, do not open eyes, blink, or close eyelids.

�Do not wet or touch the eyelashes up to 48 hours after application. Avoid water vapor (also from the dishwasher), hot baths, saunas, solariums, fatty creams and olives, direct air flow from the dryer.

� It is not recommended to cover up remaining eyelashes after their application. A follow-up visit is recommended, usually every 2-3 weeks after application.

� For the eyelashes to retain their nice appearance after application, brush them regularly and wash with micellar water (or with intimate hygiene gel).

�Removal of remaining eyelashes is made mechanically in the salon with the usage of tweezer or applying a special cream.

� Qualification to eyelash fulfilment is its loss up to 50%. Any loss over 50% will be treated as the new application of full set of eyelashes.

�Eyelashes fulfilment after another stylist may be impossible due to sticky eyelashes, too much glue, unesthetic, incorrect application or if the thickness of the eyelashes will differ from those used in the 'Be Beautiful' salon.

�Due to the poor condition of the client's eyelashes, the application of the eyelashes may turn out to be impossible.

� Menstruation is not recommended during this treatment.

�Complaints about the service are possible up to 5 days from the date of its implementation. The complaint will be considered based on the sent legible photo and detailed description.

�Booking an appointment is possible with an advance payment of 20£. This deposit is deducted from the overall price of the service. Failure to pay it to 24 hours from the date of booked visit, means cancellation. Failure to cancel the visit will automatically cause the loss of prepayment.

�Na wyznaczoną wizytę przyjdź punktualnie i bez makijażu. Jest możliwość wykonania demakijażu w salonie za dodatkową opłatą w wysokości 10 £. Wykonując samodzielnie demakijaż w domu, zwróć proszę uwagę na skład chusteczek kosmetycznych, płynów do demakijażu i żeli, które mogą zawierać substancje oleiste. Aplikacja rzęs nie będzie trwała, jeśli na rzęsach zostaną resztki tuszu, olejków lub tłustych odżywek.

�Przed zabiegiem unikaj picia kawy oraz energetyków. Po tego typu napojach powieki mogą zacząć drgać, co może uniemożliwić prawidłowe założenie rzęs.

�Przed aplikacją rzęs, poinformuj mnie proszę o problemach zdrowotnych np. przewlekłych chorobach, problemach z tarczycą oraz z cerą, uczuleniach oraz zabiegach które ostatnio wykonywałaś. Wszystkie te czynniki mogą wpłynąć na trwałość aplikacji.

�Przed stylizacją ściągnij soczewki kontaktowe.

� Standardowy czas zabiegu wynosi do 2,5 godzin. Zależy to od dobranej metody i ilości rzęs klientki.

�Rzęsy są zakładane na zamkniętej powiece. Podczas zabiegu nie otwieraj oczu, nie mrugaj, nie zaciskaj powiek.

�Do 48 godzin po aplikacji, nie mocz i nie dotykaj rzęs. Unikaj pary wodnej (również tej ze zmywarki),
gorących kąpieli, sauny, solarium, tłustych kremów i oliwek, bezpośredniego nawiewu powietrza z suszarki.

�Nie zaleca się tuszowania ubytków rzęs po ich aplikacji. Wskazana jest wizyta uzupełniająca, zazwyczaj co 2-3 tygodnie od aplikacji.

� Aby rzęsy zachowały ładny wygląd po aplikacji, szczotkuj je regularnie oraz myj płynem micelarnym (ewentualnie żelem do higieny intymnej).

�Resztki rzęs ściągamy mechanicznie w salonie przy pomocy pesety lub nakładając specjalny krem.

�Kwalifikacją do uzupełnienia rzęs jest ich ubytek do 50 %. Ubytek powyżej 50 % będzie traktowany jako nowa aplikacja pełnego zestawu rzęs.

�Uzupełnienie rzęs po innej stylistce może być niemożliwe z uwagi na: posklejane rzęsy, zbyt dużą ilość kleju, nieestetyczne, nieprawidłowe wykonanie lub jeśli grubość rzęs będzie się różnić od tych stosowanych w salonie ‘Be Beautiful’.

�Z uwagi na złą kondycję rzęs klientki, aplikacja rzęs może okazać się niewykonalna.

� Menstruacja jest niewskazana przy wykonywaniu tego zabiegu.

� Reklamacja usługi jest możliwa do 5 dni od dnia jej wykonania. Zgłoszenie będzie rozpatrywane na podstawie przesłanego czytelnego zdjęcia oraz dokładnego opisu.

�Rezerwacja wizyty jest możliwa po dokonaniu przedpłaty w wysokości 20 £. Ten zadatek jest odliczany od całościowej ceny usługi. Brak wpłaty zadatku do 24 godzin od daty rezerwacji wizyty, oznacza rezygnację. Nieodwołanie wizyty spowoduje automatycznie utratę przedpłaty.
