Using the gorgeous ELEMIS Cellutox Active Body Oil, this is the perfect little add-on if you want to switch off, relax and give yourself a little extra TLC.

The stomach can hold so much tension, and gentle massage can help you feel more relaxed, comfortable and at ease. It can also help encourage circulation and ease that feeling of bloating and tightness.

I also love working around the solar plexus area. In holistic therapy, this area is often linked with emotions, stress and feeling grounded. Taking 15 minutes to slow down, breathe and have some gentle massage can be such a lovely way to finish your treatment.
