IT WASN’T THE SAME TREATMENT EVERY TIME 👀
Over the course of sessions, her treatments have been adapted depending on her goals, how much time she has available and what we’re working on that day.
Her sessions have included:
✨ Fat Cavitation
✨ RF
✨ Lymphatic Massage
✨ EMS
And sometimes, EMS is all we have time for and that’s okay. There isn’t one set combination that every client needs every time. Her treatment is tailored to her. 🤍
And as she starts her next chapter in October, we’re going to be documenting the process in much more detail 👀

This time, we’re actually tracking what’s happening. For 30 days, we’ll be diarising:
📓 Diet & meals
⚖️ Weight fluctuations
🚶♀️ Exercise & daily activity
🤍 Treatment dates & consistency
I’m also giving her a simple 5–15 minute home routine to use between appointments, including gentle movement and lymphatic-focused techniques.
Her results have fluctuated before, so rather than simply looking at a before & after, I want to understand what may be influencing HER results.
No promises. No perfection. Just 30 days of actually documenting what happens.
Then we’ll see what we’ve learnt! October is going to be interesting…

It isn’t.
This client has had 15+ sessions over time, with breaks in between. Consistency, lifestyle, activity and even water retention have all affected how her body looks.
She’s returning in October, so we’re starting the next chapter… and this time we’re documenting the journey in depth! 👀
