✨ Golden Flow Day Retreat ✨

Imagine spending the day in a beautiful, cosy church, filled with warmth, peace and lovely energy. A day just for you, away from the busyness of everyday life. 💛

Our beautiful church is the perfect setting for a day of relaxation and restoration. With underfloor heating and overhead infrared heaters, you’ll be wonderfully warm and comfortable throughout the day, allowing you to fully relax, unwind and immerse yourself in each practice.

Throughout the day, we’ll gently guide you through a beautiful combination of Yoga, Qi Gong, SOMA Breathwork and Sound Healing, creating space to move, breathe, reconnect, release and deeply rest.

Each practice brings something special, from gentle, mindful movement and flowing energy to the transformative power of breath and the deeply restorative vibrations of sound.

Together, these practices create a wonderfully nourishing experience, allowing you to slow down, let go of tension and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter, refreshed and more balanced.

No previous experience is needed. Everything is offered in a warm, welcoming and supportive space, allowing you to simply be yourself and enjoy the day at your own pace.

✨ The Importance of Simply Being ✨

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, give more and be more, sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply STOP.

To pause.
To breathe.
To rest.
To refill our own energy. 🌿

To give ourselves permission to do absolutely nothing, without guilt, without expectations and without feeling that we should be doing something else.

No demands.
No rushing.
No responsibilities to think about.
Just a little space to breathe, relax and simply BE. 🤍

We spend so much of our lives giving our time and energy to others, yet we often forget how important it is to nurture ourselves too.

Rest is not a luxury. It is something we all need.

So today, give yourself permission to slow down, find a little peace, reconnect with yourself and allow your mind, body and soul to recharge.

You don’t always have to be doing something to be making the most of life. Sometimes, simply being is more than enough. ✨

With love,
Jemma 🤍

✨ A little Monday reflection ✨

As a new week begins, take a moment to pause and gently ask yourself where you are today.

Are you feeling happy, fulfilled and connected to the life you are living?

And if not, where would you love to be?

We do not have to change everything overnight. Meaningful change often begins with one small, loving step in the direction of the life we want to create.

Take a quiet moment today to listen within.

Where are you today?

Where would you love to be tomorrow?

And what gentle step could you take today to move a little closer? 🤍

I would love to hear your reflections in the comments.😊🙏🏻✨
