My Heart is full 💓
I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to spend 5 days at the most beautiful yoga retreat in Ibiza.
The time away was deeply relaxing and healing on so many levels.
I connected with some amazing, like minded women and had the pleasure of experiencing incredible yoga (throughout a thunderstorm ⚡️ was unforgettable!), meditation and breathwork sessions along with the most amazing soundbaths hosted by the beautiful Cat from .
Amazing things happen when you push yourself out of your comfort zone.
An experience that will be forever in my heart ❤️
