Hi, I’m Grace — a qualified mat, reformer and barre instructor.

I’m a professionally trained dancer and dance teacher, spending the majority of my career performing on cruise ships, worldwide.
That’s where my Pilates journey began. For dancers, Pilates is everything: it builds the strong, flexible bodies we need to perform, night after night.

Pilates changed everything for me. It transformed how I move, and how I think — making me feel stronger, inside and out.

Now, my classes are about giving you that same feeling. I create a space where every body feels strong, supported, and challenged. Whether you’re here for the technique, the flow, or the b***y burn, you’ll leave with positive vibes and a little more joy.

Hi everyone! 🤍 I’m so excited to be joining the amazing team at Rise11 Pilates Studio as a Reformer Pilates instructor!

A little about me—I’m a qualified Pilates instructor with a professional dance background, and I’ve spent over five years studying and developing my knowledge of Pilates after completing my qualifications at college. My passion for movement has given me a real appreciation for how Reformer Pilates can help improve strength, mobility, posture, and confidence.

I believe Pilates is for everybody, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. Whether you’re trying Reformer for the first time or you’ve been practising for years, my classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and fun. My aim is to help you feel stronger, move better, and leave each class feeling empowered.
