I just want to address a post that has been shared about me. A client had an appointment booked for nails, but unfortunately the night before I became unwell and had to cancel. I explained this to her and assured her that her deposit would be returned.

The delay happened because I needed to put cash into the bank, and as I use my partner’s account (he was away working), I couldn’t put the money in until he was back. The deposit has now been fully refunded.

I want to make it very clear i am not a scammer. I’ve been working in nails for almost 7 months now, still learning, still growing, and like anyone starting out, I do face challenges.

I completely understand her frustration, and I’ve apologised for the delay as it was my responsibility. But I don’t appreciate the hate and negativity being spread about me when I’ve done the right thing and resolved the situation.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support me it means the world But I Do Hurt just like anyone else 🤍
