Hi, I'm Tash. I created NK Massage to be more than just a treatment—a place to pause, ease aches and pains, and leave feeling more like yourself.

Never the same treatment twice. I have some new things I’ve been working on behind the scenes. I’ll share more here when it’s ready. Also I’m so grateful for the lovely words my clients leave in their reviews 🙏🌼 🌿

Sometimes it’s the smallest details that stay with us.

A cool towel.

A warm stone.

A moment to breathe.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been quietly creating something a little different in the treatment room.

Not a completely new massage.

Just a more thoughtful experience.

I’m looking forward to sharing more as it slowly takes shape. 🌿

What’s something that helps you slow down?

Pause

Some of my favourite recipes don’t begin with a shopping list.

They begin outside.

This morning we picked ripe blackberries from the garden, mixed them into freshly milled Kamut and spelt flour, and by breakfast the kitchen smelled of warm butter, berries and summer.

There’s something deeply satisfying about making food this way.

Not because it’s perfect.
Not because every ingredient is organic or homegrown.
But because these small moments quietly shape the way we live.

A handful of berries.
Freshly milled grain.
Real butter.
A few minutes together in the kitchen.

These are the kinds of everyday moments I love.

Quick Blackberry Kamut & Spelt Muffins

• 150g wholemeal spelt flour
• 100g wholemeal Kamut flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
• ½ tsp sea salt
• Zest of ½ lemon
• 2 eggs
• 180g whole milk or kefir
• 80g melted butter
• 65g honey
• 120g fresh blackberries

Optional crumble topping: Mix 20g butter with 20g flour and 20g sugar until crumbly, then sprinkle over the muffins before baking.

Mix the dry ingredients (or simply use 250g plain flour if that’s what you have). Whisk the wet ingredients. Fold everything together gently before adding the blackberries. Bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for around 20 minutes, until golden.

Simple food.
Simple rhythms.
A beautiful way to begin the day.

Welcome to NK Massage.

Whether you've been coming for years or have just found my page, I'm so glad you're here.

Over the past couple of years my work has changed. While I still love helping people with aches, pains and injuries, I've become just as passionate about creating a space where people can pause, breathe and have a moment of quiet.

You'll still find massage at the heart of what I do, but I'll also be sharing gentle stretches, simple ideas, workshops and a few behind-the-scenes moments as I begin creating something new.

I hope this page feels like a little pause in your day.
