FRI-YAY! The team at Retreat Yourself Events are all very happy it’s Friday and very much looking forward to the weekend, as it will be our event! We’ve been working hard over the last few months and even harder this week to get everything ready for you lovely people coming along to the event! Can’t wait to see you on Sunday, enjoy your Friday and Saturday in the meantime 🧡

Friday morning pick me up! Jimmy’s Iced coffee have finally launched a dairy free coffee and it is delicious. We all know this amazing brand as it is local to Dorset and Jimmy studied the same course at Arts University Bournemouth as the team organising Retreat Yourself, which is why the company have kindly donated some coffee to the event so every guest can enjoy one! 👍🏻

Guests at the ‘Retreat Yourself’ event will receive a complimentary Bounce Energy Ball. Bounce UK have recently released a vegan range called ‘V Life’ which are a tasty and nutritious pocket sized snack.
