Lauren provides holistic psychological assessments, including autism, ADHD and mental health assessments, alongside personalised therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.

Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR, Lauren supports patients in understanding themselves and improving their wellbeing.
