Model Slot Information

What Are Model Slots?

Model slots provide students with the opportunity to develop and refine their practical skills under the supervision of experienced tutors as part of their accredited training. During each session, the tutor will demonstrate the treatment, provide the relevant theoretical knowledge, and closely supervise students while they perform the procedure on a client. This ensures a safe, supportive, and educational learning environment.

Photography Policy

Students may take before-and-after photographs for educational purposes and to build their professional portfolios. If you prefer not to have your full face visible, you are welcome to cover your eyes or request photographs to be taken from an angle that does not reveal your identity. Your privacy and comfort will always be respected.

Treatment Duration

As these appointments form part of a training programme, treatment times may occasionally exceed the scheduled appointment length. We prioritise high-quality education and ensure students are given the time they need to complete treatments safely and to a professional standard. We appreciate your patience and understanding should slight delays occur.

Model Pricing

Model appointments are offered at significantly reduced prices to support student learning and practical experience. These fees are subsidised and often do not cover the full cost of products and resources used during treatment. As a result, no additional discounts or promotional offers can be applied to model appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that a student is unable to attend their practical session, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Whilst every effort is made for a tutor or another student to cover the appointment, we cannot always guarantee this. Should rescheduling be necessary, we will contact you promptly and arrange the next available appointment at your convenience.

Payment & Attendance Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your model appointment.

As these appointments are essential to our students’ practical training, we kindly ask that you only book if you are confident you can attend. Late cancellations and no-shows can significantly impact a student’s learning and progression.

We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate a new appointment. Refunds or transfers will be considered in line with our cancellation policy.
