NEW TERMS & CONDITIONS

To make booking appointments simpler and more convenient, I will now be securely storing a card on file for all clients instead of taking booking deposits.

After trialling booking fees, I’ve decided this is the best option as it reduces unnecessary transaction fees while making the booking process smoother for everyone.

As before, my cancellation policy remains the same:

* 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointments.
* 1 week’s notice is required for all Permanent Makeup appointments.

If the required notice is not given, the booking fee will be charged to the card held on file in line with my cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, lash extensions are no more! No full sets will be bookable with me for the foreseeable. Clients who are already regulars with infills, your appointments will stay the same.
