SOUS BOIS
Daffodils flowering through moss, the scent of rain-soaked earth, pine needles underfoot and cool mineral air drifting through the Scottish Highlands.
A mystical, beguiling fougère inspired by the flora and fauna of the forest floor.
Cypress, Scots pine, rain accord and sweet gale open into bell heather, red clover and Scottish primrose, before settling into velvety mosses, birch tar, myrrh, labdanum and deep, resinous woods.
A fragrance that captures the woodland in all its changing moods - green, earthy, mineral and quietly mysterious.

A little pinch-me moment. ✨
A few weeks ago, Nancy popped into the Boots Fragrance Store at Broadgate Central to see the Nancy Meiland collection in store - and it still feels pretty special.
For an independent perfumer, seeing your bottles sitting alongside more than 400 luxury and niche fragrances is a very proud moment.
The store brings together an incredible edit of fragrance, including UK exclusives and more than 20 brands new to Boots, creating a destination for discovering something a little different.
And we’re so happy to be part of it. ❤️

Running a small business is full of lessons you never really see coming.
Some are exciting. Some are humbling. And some you only learn by living through them.
From protecting your energy and accepting that not everyone is your customer, to learning that growth can be quiet and that every “no” has something to teach you- these are some of the lessons I’ve learnt along the way.

How do you really know if a perfume is right for you?
The secret isn’t in the first spray.
A fragrance is designed to evolve, revealing different facets as the hours pass. What feels bright and sparkling at first may soften into something warm, comforting or unexpectedly beautiful by the end of the day.
When you’re exploring a new scent, remember:
• Don’t judge it by the opening.
• Wear it on your skin, not just a blotter.
• Give it time to unfold.
