I’ve been doing a little research into my booking system and I’d love to make things simpler and less confusing for you when booking your hair appointments. 🤍

One thing I hear quite often is:
“I’m not really sure what I need to book!”
And honestly, I completely understand!

You might have an inspiration picture saved, but have no idea whether you need balayage, highlights, a toner, a colour… or something completely different!

So I’m looking at changing the way my services are listed on Booksy to make it much more straightforward.

I’m thinking something along the lines of:

🌸 NEW CLIENT
Not sure what you need? → Colour Consultation

✨ EXISTING CLIENT – I KNOW WHAT I WANT

🤍 EXISTING CLIENT – I’M NOT SURE
Have an inspiration picture but don’t know what to book? → I have an inspiration picture

This would mean you don’t need to know the technical name of the service-you just tell me what you’d like to achieve, and I can work out the best option for your hair.

Because ultimately… you’re not a hairdresser, I am 🤣

Before I make any changes, I’d really love to know what you think.
