☀️ HOT WEATHER NOTICE ☀️

Please remember to bring water and wear light, comfortable clothing to your appointment.
If you'd prefer to rearrange due to the heat, we completely understand — we simply ask for as much notice as possible.

Our team will be working hard throughout the hot weather, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Thank you for your continued support.

As we move into 2026, we’d like to thank all our wonderful clients for your continued support. Due to a high number of no-shows and late cancellations over the Christmas period, we have made the decision to implement a stricter cancellation policy moving forward.

Our time in the salon is not only valuable but is also our livelihood. Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to offer appointments to other clients and directly impact our team.We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to continue providing the high level of service, care, and availability that our clients deserve.

Thank you for supporting Serenity Hair Salon and our amazing team 🩷💚
