We’re honoured to be running this 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗰𝗶’𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 – and it closes 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆.

The Comeback Is Always Stronger Than The Setback!

22nd December. A year ago today I was diagnosed with stage 3 Breast cancer.
That morning, 3 days before Xmas, I sat with my Mum, Dad & a team of Drs & Nurses discussing my diagnosis & the treatment plan ahead.
To be honest, it didn’t sink in properly & fight/flight mode kicked in! The journey ahead seemed long & very unknown.. I had no idea what to expect & tried not to fear for the worst!
Despite the diagnosis being a little worse than we first thought, fast forward to today (I wish I could have done that back then 😅) I’ve got through most of my treatment, my first clear scans & celebrating being Cancer Free!!
I cannot express the sheer gratitude I feel for not only getting through this year, but doing it with a smile on my face a lot more than I expected & absolutely overflowing with the love that my family & friends have shown me. I will forever be thankful for the huge support network that I’m blessed with!
I wish I could go into the details & say specific thanks but there just aren’t enough words for one post.. they are sure to follow!
Please know that I love you all so so much & feel extremely lucky to have so many wonderful people in my life! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

I will now be Based within in Penarth.

This is a 10 minute drive away from Clifton Street. There is parking outside & around the side streets.

I am going to be working every Saturday & see how it goes. I may add another day but my hours will be 9-3pm.

I really hope to still see you all at my new space. Thank you for your patience.

After a lot of thought, I wanted to share a heartfelt update with you all, my friends!

After 5 wonderful years, I have made the difficult decision to close VV Beauty Boutique. As some of you are already aware, I’ve been taking some time off for health reasons & now realise it’s time to take the advice that I often share with others. Self care is essential! For that reason, I will be taking some time to myself, which sadly means saying goodbye to the salon which has become my second home & very much my happy place!

I have each & every one of you beautiful people to thank for making the last 5 years so special! For everyone who helped me make VV Beauty Boutique what it was, the endless support from my family & loved ones, the amazing women I got build my business alongside & the many many friends who started as clients & colleagues - Thank you so much! I’m truly grateful & feel very lucky to have loved going to work to see you all!

This certainly isn’t goodbye for any of us though! When one door closes, it leads to many more opening! Please make sure you’re following all the girls in the highlights as they will of course be continuing working in new locations- stay tuned! Wishing all my girlies every success in their new ventures!

& as for me, I will be setting up a new happy place at home to welcome you all as soon as I can! I’ll be sure to have the kettle on & the biscuits ready for our catch ups/pamper sessions!!
