About time I started displaying a few accomplishments from the last 12mths. Really happy with my first year of Triathlons. Excited to see what next year has in plan.

He will be representing Heathwood™️Triathlon Club and Heathwood™️ Swimming when he takes on his first attempt in the Standard distance World Championships, a 1500m swim and 40km bike, after qualifying in first place in his race in Birmingham earlier this year.

David Tonge YOU ARE AN IRONMAN!!! For the 5th time!!!

Dave Heathwood™️ Swimming Heathwood™️Triathlon Club came in this week for a well deserved recovery massage after completing IRONMAN UK for the 5th time.

He didn’t do it easily though, suffering another bike mechanic and waiting on the road for 90mins for a mechanic. He powered on through though when it was fixed and completed it in style. Huge congratulations buddy!!

Another week, another Ironman Pre race flush! This week it’s Rhian Griffiths of BRAV Performance Heathwood™️Triathlon Club Heathwood™️ Swimming as she flies out to Italyfor IRONMAN Europe Ironman Italy this weekend!

A big Well Done to Ironman Sean Robinson of Rhondda Triathlon Club and Heathwood™️ Swimming for finishing Ironman Wales 2026! It was class watching and supporting him and he wasn’t even too broken when he came in this week for a well deserved recovery massage. Well done Sean!!

Huge congratulations to my sponsored athletes Ryan🏊🚴🏻🏃🏻 and Mad Shads 🌱 for a phenomenal day at Ironman Wales on Sunday!!

Mads Won the Ironman AG 🥇 race by an incredible 35 mins! Finished 6th female overall behind 5 pro athletes and still coming ahead of 4 other pro’s in a PB time of 10.22 🤯

Ryan also had a brilliant race, winning 🥇 his Age group and finishing 4th overall in the AG race and 29th inc Pros in an incredible time of 9.46!! 🤯 What an incredible comeback from last year!! Unbelievable 💪

They both also picked up the Welsh National Long Distance Champion Title 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🏆

Incredibly proud to work with these two amazing athletes, help support their journeys and was fantastic to be there to cheer them@on on Sunday!

With both memories of highs and lows of Tenby in the past, Rhys returns in 2026 after having to defer last year after an injury, but is fitter and stronger than ever and ready to go!!
