Great to meet and work on a fellow Heathwood™️ Swimming and hopefully soon to be Heathwood™️Triathlon Club member this week Morgan Sims after completing his first IRONMAN UK last weekend. Amazing effort buddy and really happy to have helped with the recovery ready for the next challenge. Sure I’ll be seeing you in the club soon.

Huge congrats to Lucy for an amazing 1st Place 🥇 at Pembrokeshire Standard Tri in my neck of the woods, Broad Haven a few weeks ago. Lucy came in last week for some recovery work and preparation for the last push of training before taking on Copenhagen in a few weeks. After podiums in Porthcawl and Llanelli, she took the gold in Broad haven, setting her up brilliantly for Copenhagen!!

Had my 2 favourite sponsored athletes in yesterday. and (although she left before we got a pic 🙄, used me and left! 🤣) so here is a celebratory pic congratulating them both on an amazing performance in crazy hot conditions!

11mths ago Ry was in a horrific bike accident that at the time nearly ended his triathlon days, but he persevered and pushed and fought and amazingly is back up there, taking 3rd 🥉 AG and P11 overall.

Maddie also smashed Swansea taking 2nd in AG and 2nd Overall

8 massive weeks of training now and I expect lots of massage before the two of them take on the Dragon 🐉 at 2026!

Another athlete in this week as the big final 8 weeks of training really ramp up before
came in for a bit of a flush through after a blisteringly hot 1st Swansea 70.3 last weekend, to help set him up for the last big block before his first Ironman!

Absolutely MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to of for completing the BRUTAL doen the west coast of Wales in those extreme temperatures on the weekend. Sam came in this week for a thoroughly deserved post event recovery and considering her 49 hour challenge, she was in amazing condition. Well done Sam. What an inspiration of perseverance.

8weeks to go before and of is in the last of block of training before she takes on the Dragon 🐉 again. Keep it going Hope, nearly there!

After failing to get to the start line last year due to injury of is back on the start line for tomorrow. You were feeling in great nick yesterday buddy so best of luck tomorrow.
