Yesterday I got a message asking for a Mamma Mia Themed Sauna Session!

Stuff like this just gets all my creative juices flowing.

The white and blue.
The music
The food
The decorations

And I would love to hear how you would make this area mamma mia themed for a special occassion?

Yesterday, something stopped me in my tracks.

Two women. Strangers. Sitting together in the sauna.

One of them turned to the other and told her — quietly, honestly — that she had been watching her journey from afar. That her dedication had inspired her. That she had been her idol.

I watched the woman receiving it light up.

And then, afterwards, the woman who had spoken came to me with doubt written all over her face.

But how often do we hold back? Especially as women. Worried the compliment will land wrong. That we’ll seem strange for noticing someone so closely.

What if we just said it anyway?
