What a beautiful day opening up my little corner of Pontcanna and sharing the space with you all. 🤍

It was so lovely to chat all things skin health, results-driven treatments and restorative facials, and to share a little more about what I do here at Canna Clinic.

It’s about more than the treatment itself. It’s about helping you feel more confident in your own skin, with the right knowledge, the right treatment and a little time to look after yourself, too.

Meeting so many new faces, alongside some very familiar and wonderfully supportive ones, meant so much.

And the messages of support afterwards were the loveliest reminder of why I do what I do. 🥹🤍

World Mental Health Day 🤍🕯️

One of the hardest things about experiencing hardship is that, when you’re in the thick of it, it’s so difficult to see the wood for the trees.

Everything can feel heavy, and the future can feel bleak.

But sometimes, amongst it all, you find little glimmers of light.

Moments and people that relight that fire inside you and remind you there’s still something worth holding on to and to keep going.

For me, finding purpose in curating Canna Clinic as an experience has been one of those glimmers.

My own experiences have taught me how much it matters to feel safe, to be listened to without judgement, and to have somewhere you can simply let your guard down for a little while.

It’s a huge part of why I’m building Canna Clinic the way I am.

Of course, skin health and results matter to me. But so does the person behind the skin.

The woman who’s carrying a lot, who’s constantly showing up for everyone else, or who’s simply in need of a little time where she can be looked after and listened to.

I can’t change the circumstances you walk through my door with. But I can listen, care for you, and offer a space where you can slow down, take a breath and feel a little more like yourself as well as supporting you in targeting the skin concerns that are affecting your confidence.

I’ve learnt that having a big heart and feeling things deeply isn’t always easy. But the empathy and understanding I’ve gained through my own challenges are things I carry into every treatment and every conversation.
