Massage treatments can be more than just a massage treatment to some of us.
It’s a way to unwind and relax but also time to stop and take a breath, heal the body and heal the mind.
I have some clients who like to sleep and are quiet through their sessions and I have some that chat all the way through about life or problems they need to off load, I’m here for any of that.
Everything is confidential in the treatment room.
When the body feels better the mind is calmer.
Massage has so much different benefits to it.

We had a lovely morning doing treatments at The Holt in Cardigan today. What a spectacular house. Sleeps 10 people, and we had 10 guests having treatments today.
An amazing view to have when you’re having a massage, it really does help, having a great view and listening to the wind howling outside with a little relaxing music for the background, it’s bliss!

We have had a lovely day today down Gwbert holiday homes doing treatments for a lovely group of ladies and a Hen do.
Which started with grey Skies and rain, to sunshine when we finished, so treatments for a few hours as the skys cleared to going in a big massive hot tub after being pampered.

Ty Mor with Gwbert Holidays next to the The Cliff Hotel & Spa was amazing! The house is a high spec luxury house. It was amazing.

What a cottage and what a view!

We were very privilege to offer treatments to a bride to be and her family, down in Mwnt tonight with EdenX Holiday Cottages
What a location they have over looking the beach. 🏖️ it’s an amazing spot to stay in.

She has a big day ahead of her getting Married at The Shed Mwnt, who her soon to be husband booked the treatments as a surprise for her.
I can say they all enjoyed. 💆🏼‍♀️🥂

I had a lovely afternoon in Canllefaes Holiday Cottages in Cardigan today. Lovely group of family & friends staying down together, added a little treat of having Massages to their stay.
Lovely cottages and plenty of space, games room and pool area, plus Hot tubs.
It has everything there for a lovely relaxing stay. Such a nice place.
