The ESPA Body Wrap is a full 60 minutes dedicated to restoring the body from head to toe. Starting with skin brushing and exfoliation, followed by a personalised blend of either Algae or Marine Mud applied to the skin, and finished with a soothing scalp massage. You choose the outcome that suits you, whether that is de-stressing, muscle relief, rehydration or a full body tone.

Our private pool hire sessions give you and your group exclusive use of the full spa facilities for an hour on an evening, with no one else around. Up to 6 people, a completely private space and the kind of evening that is hard to find anywhere else in Carlisle.
If you are looking for something a little more special, our exclusive adults evening takes it even further. Two hours, a bottle of prosecco, chocolate covered strawberries, robes, towels and slippers and the whole space entirely to yourselves. Available Friday and Saturday nights only.
