Over time, the cost of products and supplies continues to rise, and to ensure I can keep providing the high-quality treatments, products, and experience you deserve, I will be making a small adjustment to some service prices.

Rather than introducing a set price list, I’ll be discussing any changes individually with each client at their next appointment. This allows me to keep things personal and tailored to you and your treatments.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all of my amazing clients for your continued support, loyalty, and for keeping me so busy doing what I love 💛.

At the moment, my diary is very full, so I am not taking on any new clients for the time being. This allows me to give my existing clients the time, care, and attention they deserve at every appointment.

So after a week of moaning that my hand “just wasn’t hand-ing properly,” I finally took myself off to A&E… and surprise surprise — it’s actually broken 🫣😂

And yes, of course it’s my right hand 😩

Please bear with me while I adapt to one-handed life — appointments may take a little longer than usual. Time off isn’t an option though… I ain’t no quitter 🫡😂

🚨 No-shows & last-minute cancellations 🚨

I’m not usually one for saying much, but this needs to be said clearly.

When you don’t show up to your appointment and don’t let us know, we do not get paid. That time cannot be filled. That income is gone. As a small business, that loss hits immediately.

An empty chair doesn’t just affect the day — it affects the ability to pay rent, bills, stock, and continue running this business. We don’t get paid an hourly rate. We don’t get sick pay or holiday pay. If you don’t show, we earn nothing.

Because of repeated no-shows, I am now implementing a booking fee for all future appointments & sticking to it. No exceptions.

👉 All future bookings will require a booking fee to be paid at least 48 hours before the appointment to confirm.
👉 If the booking fee is not paid, the appointment will be cancelled.
👉 This fee is in place to protect my time, my livelihood, and my small business.

I understand life happens — but communication is non-negotiable. A message takes seconds.

Please remember there is a real person behind this business. Respect our time the same way we respect yours.
