It’s been a manic few weeks and I know a lot of us are feeling it 😅
And I love that I get to hold space for the chaotic, unmasked version of my clients.
Even more so when I get to see the difference by the end of the session, when you’re feeling calmer, more grounded and centred 🙌🏽
Rest is essential, not a luxury. 🤍

🌳 A little Roots update…
I’ve been thinking about my pricing for a while, and with my move into a space with much lower overheads, I’ve had the opportunity to make a change that feels really important to me.
I’ve decided to lower my treatment prices and pass some of that saving directly on to you. 🤎
Not because my time, skills or experience are worth any less.
But because I genuinely believe that having time to pause, breathe, receive and reconnect shouldn’t feel like something that’s only available when you can afford to splurge.
I want Roots to be somewhere you can come back to regularly.
Somewhere you can have an hour where nobody needs anything from you.
Somewhere you can switch off, be looked after, have a chat, fall asleep, cry, laugh, overshare, say absolutely nothing…
come exactly as you are. 🌿
So from now, my new treatment prices are:
✨ 30 mins £30
✨ 45 mins £40
✨ 60 mins £50
✨ 90 mins £70
✨ 2 hours £95
The prices may have changed, but the care, intention, experience and energy I pour into every treatment hasn’t. 🤎
