🦵 I often get client’s apologising for their hairy legs. It makes absolutely no difference to me. Wax them, shave them or leave them the way nature intended. A leg is a leg. I’m much more interested in the muscles and soft tissues and making your walk out of my treatment room feel much more bouncy than when you walked in!

💦 A few days in the Lake District.

☀️ We didn’t take the Cheltenham sunshine with us but the moody views didn’t disappoint. I love the dramatic landscapes in the Lake District and the saturated colours with the cloudy skies.

🏊🏻‍♀️ Lots of hiking, fresh air and a couple of Cumbrian community outdoor pools for a refreshing swim at the end of the day 🥰
