A little bit about me, as the face and founder of Novello Skin.

I care. I care deeply about our patients, their experience, their results and how they feel. Sometimes, it can be overwhelming for me as a person because I never stop carrying and worrying. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

For me, it’s never just about providing a treatment and saying goodbye. I want to listen, support, follow up and make sure every patient feels cared for. I know my limitations and ask for advice of the experts and put our patients in touch with them when it is needed.

As a team, we never stop learning. We continually train, develop our knowledge and strive to provide the highest standard of care.

And I’m incredibly blessed to have a small but reliable team of like-minded practitioners who share the same values.

Because ultimately, we care about people.

Over the years, I’ve realised that life is all about balance — finding that golden middle between work, family, friends and just being yourself. In reality, it is not that easy and sometimes feels impossible.

We always try to be the best we can, to be professional, to grow, to give your best, to achieve something. But there are moments in life, even the hardest moments, when you feel like you are tearing apart.

And this is when you realise how important the people around you are. The friendships you’ve carried for years, your family, close friends, colleagues who support you and believe in you.

I’m forever grateful for those people in my life. Without them, it’s so much harder to keep going, fall and get up again.

I think life is also about learning how to give that support back to those who need it the most.
