Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a medical and cosmetic treatment that uses a concentrated mix of a patient’s own blood cells and growth factors to accelerate healing, reduce joint pain, or stimulate hair and skin rejuvenation

How the Procedure Works

Blood draw: A small sample of blood is taken from your arm, similar to a routine blood test.

Centrifugation: The blood is placed in a machine called a centrifuge, which spins rapidly to separate red blood cells from the plasma and platelets.

Injection: The resulting plasma—now packed with 5 to 10 times the normal concentration of healing growth factors—is injected directly into the targeted injury or treatment site.

Common Uses

Orthopaedics and sports medicine: Treating tendonitis, ligament sprains, muscle tears, and knee osteoarthritis.

Hair restoration: Injecting into the scalp to encourage thicker hair growth and support hair follicles.

Aesthetics (Vampire facials): Applying or micro-needling into the skin to boost natural collagen production and improve texture.

Quick update 🎉

So I moved over to UV lashing around 2 mths ago and here’s why I will only UV lash now 🙌🏻

* it’s so much quicker and easier to lash

* no stickies

* clients return and lashes are in so much better condition none stuck together

* and OBVS retention is soooooooo much better

* so infill appointments are quicker
