It's never just been about skincare.

When people ask me why I became a Tropic Ambassador, the products are only part of the answer.

This weekend was full of exactly that.

Old friendships that feel like home.

New chapters beginning.

Beautiful places.

Time to switch off.

And a reminder that looking after ourselves isn't selfish; it's essential.

Sometimes your glow comes from a big achievement.

Sometimes it comes from an ice cream by the sea, a walk around a castle, laughter with friends or watching the sunset on the drive home.

Whatever helps you reconnect with yourself... make time for it.

Because every woman deserves to shine. 💚

Sometimes the best self-care is simply pressing pause. 💚

After a busy few weeks, last night was all about slowing down.

On the drive home we were treated to beautiful rainbows stretching across the sky – one of those little reminders to stop and appreciate the moment. 🌈

We then settled in to watch The Odyssey and what an incredible film! At three hours long it's certainly an epic, but every minute was worth it. The storytelling, cinematography and performances completely drew us in.

It reminded me that looking after ourselves isn't always about grand gestures.

Sometimes it's as simple as taking a break, watching a great film, sharing time with someone you care about and giving yourself permission to switch off for a few hours.

Those moments help us recharge so we can show up as our best selves.

Sometimes self-care looks different. 💚

We often think self-care means a face mask, a spa day or a quiet evening at home.

This weekend, mine looked a little different.
Fresh air, live music, dancing, laughter, incredible food, catching up with old friends and making new memories at Deva Fest.

There were even two wonderfully relaxing sound baths, which were the perfect opportunity to slow down and recharge.

One of the things I love most about festivals is the sense of community. Seeing familiar faces, reconnecting with friends and simply enjoying being present in the moment.

It reminded me that looking after ourselves isn't just about skincare, it's also about filling our lives with the people, places and experiences that make us feel alive.

Sometimes, that's exactly what helps us find our glow. 💚

✨ How do you recharge your batteries?

✨ Sometimes the smallest gatherings create the biggest impact.

On Monday evening we held our very first Monday Glow Soirée.

Three wonderful women joined me.

A couple of people had to cancel at the last minute, and several others have already told me they'll be coming next time.

What followed was one of the most genuine evenings I've experienced in a long time.

The planned speaker never even needed to give her talk because the conversation around the table became exactly what we all needed.

We shared stories, laughed, listened, supported one another and discovered just how much we had in common.

We were meant to finish at 7pm... we finally looked at the time and it was after 8.30pm because nobody wanted to leave.

The biggest sign the evening was a success?
We didn't take a single photo.

Not of the table. Not of the Tropic products. Not even a group selfie.

We were so immersed in the conversations that social media never crossed our minds.

That, to me, is exactly what Finding Your Glow is about.

Creating a welcoming space where women feel seen, heard and supported.

The skincare was simply the icing on the cake. 💚
