A bit of a detour from my usual postings, but...

I'm doing an abseil down Leasowe Lighthouse in June, to raise some funds for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. They looked after my dad before he passed, and the staff there are genuine angels on earth. They run solely on donations, so everything helps.

Hi all!

I just wanted to update everyone with some changes that are coming in the new year. 😊 Unfortunately, life continues to be expensive, so I'll be increasing my prices a little.

So, as of January 12th 2026 - my 16th year of providing dreadlock services - prices will be updated to the following:

• Maintenance will remain at £30 per hour, but now with a £60 minimum on a full head.

• Installation of synthetic dreads will be from £120 for a full head. Partials will be quoted individually.

• A full head of natural dreadlocks will now start from £180, dependent on hair length and thickness. Partials will be quoted individually.

• A full head of dreadlocks + human hair extensions will start from £300, increasing depending on length and colours. Partials will (again) be quoted individually.

Thanks for understanding, and if you had an appointment booked before I posted this, your price will still be on the old rate for one last time.
