The change of season is a good indicator to make some changes yourself.
And a good excuse to let go of what’s no longer making you happy and introduce some Positive adjustments. Whether that be adding in some forgotten important self care, saying “no” and not actually doing something that you dread doing or simply just reassessing where you’re at right now and making a plan to move towards where you wanna be.

Autumn is a good time to make a plan to end the year right.

This is something we’ve been discussing in SB Tribe recently and also something that was discussed on our very exciting away day yesterday at Hannah Beth | Beauty Business Mentor amazing business brunch and it’s definitely given us some food for thought from a business perspective. Time to sit down and reevaluate where we are at and where we wanna be moving forward 🫶🏼 we already had a plan but we might just pivot a little after yesterday, but don’t worry it will always be exciting and better all around and SB Wellbeing will always keep its magic ✨ that won’t be changing.

We are just about there now with this gorgeous treatment….. who is excited for it?

And to the best tribe that always show up early to help set up, party all night long and then lift spirits when it’s all ended, all without being asked!

Bookclub born from firstly being clients at the salon, who quickly become friends, who then never leave your side and always show up! Making our meetings every month and turning up to everything else in between! (And my poor husband who has to endure all the crazy! )

So much love for you all, always supporting us, always showing up and always just being the best!!! I bloody love you all!

5 years of SB Wellbeing and we celebrated it all on Saturday evening. The ups, downs and everything in between.

Huge thankyou to our Muse Beauty for coming in on your day off to help set up whilst I was busying away with clients and generally just being there, cracking on and doing what needs doing without being asked. We wouldn’t be who we are today without your input over the last 2.5years. It doesn’t go unnoticed. A very important part of Team SB ✨ so Thankyou so so much.

And now we have the great job of heading in our day off again to clean up 🫣 wish us luck 😂

Shoutout to our gorgeous client who makes the most gorgeous cakes! And made us birthday cupcakes for our bloody wonderful clients! Betty Ginger they’ve gone down a chuffin treat!

Happy 5th Birthday to us!

I’m so proud of what I have created and then what we have grown as a team at 𝒮𝐵 𝒲𝑒𝓁𝓁𝒷𝑒𝒾𝓃𝑔 🥂

It truly is my special place, full of everything I dreamed of and so much more. Coming to work every day and loving it. Even when I’m having a crappy day it gets brightened up. If this is “work” then I’m happy to do all the hours at it!

Happy 5 years 🥂if I’m honest it’s flown from beginning my self employed journey 7 years ago and getting thrown straight into lockdown. Who knew being a stubborn Ta**us would get me this far! It’s not been all sunshine and roses and definitely not a straight road, but that would be so boring wouldn’t it!

So it definitely deserves a celebration - feel free to join us tomorrow from 6pm to raise a glass to TEAM SB WELLBEING ✨
