I ask everyone who sees this post to share it so Best Sunbeds are exposed for what they really are as a business, sending alcoholics to fix premium sunbeds.

My experience with has been very disappointing.

It began with my two MegaSun K11s developing black dots on the screens (burnt pixels) despite being under 2 years old, followed by a long wait of over 6 months for warranty replacements.

Around the same time, my MegaSun P9S developed a fault. I was charged just under £900 for diagnostics and advised the screen needed replacing, which I purchased for approx. £2,600. After a 16-week wait and installation, the issue remained. I was then told it was software-related, but even after further costs and reprogramming, the fault still persisted.

An independent engineer later found no issue with the screen itself, and the machine was ultimately fixed by a simple connection reset and a software setting adjustment.

I raised this and requested a refund, but was told I was not eligible due to third-party involvement.

To add to this, during later warranty work on my K11s, key issues (including spray jets and a canopy fault) were not resolved, and I was told the engineer felt uncomfortable on site.

Overall, I’m sharing this so other MegaSun owners are aware of my experience when considering service and support.
