A spontaneous trip to Ickworth House – National Trust on Monday ✨🌿

Sometimes the unplanned days turn out to be the loveliest ones. 🤍

Ickworth was the perfect place for a long countryside walk, a good catch-up and a little escape from the everyday.

We wandered through the beautiful grounds, spotted the little walled garden and enjoyed plenty of lovely views of the house along the way. 🌸🏡

We didn’t have time to explore inside the house this time, but that’s just another reason to come back! 🤭🤩

Another little National Trust adventure ticked off, and a lovely reminder that sometimes you don’t need a big plan — just a few hours, good company and somewhere beautiful to wander. 🌿💕

📚 A little bookish act of kindness 💛

Yesterday I donated some of my books to a lovely local little free library at Morgan’s Butchery 🥰

Books mean so much to me. They have given me comfort, helped me escape, taught me new things and taken me to places I’ve never been. So I love the thought of passing them on and giving someone else the opportunity to discover a story that might mean something to them too. 📖✨

And of course, I had to grab something yummy for dinner. Thank you Miles & the team 🥰.

Next up… Sheringham Park 🌳

We managed to fit this is after the Felbrigg Hall which was great and definitely worth the steps🚶‍♀️.

Beautiful woodland walking trails perfect for different walking abilities & dreamy countryside views 🐮.

After falling in love with the Walled Garden, it was time to explore Felbrigg Hall itself ✨

I absolutely loved wandering through the rooms and taking in all the beautiful details.

Another beautiful National Trust adventure, and definitely somewhere I’d love to visit again. 🌿

A garden of dreams that definitely deserved its own post 😍

The most beautiful walled garden, filled with an incredible mix of plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables. Everywhere I looked there was something new to admire 🌿🌼🍎

I felt so inspired and completely in touch with nature while wandering around here. There’s something so calming about being surrounded by so much colour, life and nature. 💕

I could have spent hours exploring every little corner!

The beautiful Felbrigg Hall itself deserves its own post too… so that’s coming next 🤭✨
