Good Morning! I can’t believe we are in June already?! How did that happen? ☀️

For those who don’t receive our newsletter, just a little update to say that Indian Head Massages will now be delivered by the lovely Tara and Anita at The Chill Out Centre, who have both received my lush version and will be carrying out the calming massage for you all. I’m so lucky these two lovely ladies are here to provide soothing treatments like massage and reiki and help all those who come through our door to experience peace, calm and joy 🥰 you can book them via Reflex & Flow and Anitajcadogan 🥰

From June, I’ll be making a few small changes to better support your busy schedules 🤍

🌿 Thursdays – now with extended hours
Available 10am – 7pm

🌿 New monthly Saturday slot
I’ll be offering one extended Saturday each month (details coming soon 👀)

🌿 Fridays are going digital
Fridays will be dedicated to online & 1:1 training sessions – launching soon!

These changes mean more flexibility and more ways to work together 💫
