Sometimes we need somebody to listen, a little peace and quiet, and an hour where nobody is shouting “MUUUUM!” from another room. 😂🙈
At Treatments & Tranquility, I want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.
No judgement.
No pressure to have treatments you don’t need.
And definitely no making you feel uncomfortable because you’re not wearing makeup or haven’t had your eyebrows done in six months! 😂
As a qualified nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, I take my professional responsibilities seriously.
But that doesn’t mean appointments have to feel clinical and intimidating.
I want you to feel relaxed, listened to and genuinely looked after. 🤍

You’ve got the £70 serums, £50 moisturisers and miracle creams promising to make you look 25 again.
And before you know it, you’ve spent half your wages and haven’t got a clue what you’re actually putting on your face! 🙈
Here’s something I want you to know.
Expensive doesn’t automatically mean better. 🤍
A good skincare routine doesn’t need 15 different products.
For many people, a simple routine is a brilliant starting point:
✨ A gentle cleanser suited to your skin.
✨ A moisturiser that supports your skin barrier.
✨ Appropriate sun protection, including SPF 30+ with good UVA protection.
✨ Additional products only when there’s a reason to use them.
And sometimes?
The best thing you can do for your skin is STOP throwing everything at it! 😂
As a qualified nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, I’m passionate about helping women understand their skin rather than spending money unnecessarily.
Yes, I offer professional skin treatments.
Yes, I love seeing clients achieve improvements in their skin.
But I’ll never tell you that you need a treatment simply because it’s on my price list.
If I think your skin would benefit from a simpler skincare routine, that’s what I’ll recommend.
Because honest advice matters more to me than making a quick sale. ❤️

Good skincare doesn’t have to cost a fortune.
I’m a big believer in keeping things simple, choosing products that suit your skin and only recommending treatments when they’re appropriate.
Because looking after your skin shouldn’t mean emptying your bank account. 🤍
