Booking & Appointment Policy 🤍

Thank you so much for choosing my business — I truly appreciate every single booking. To keep everything running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read the policy below.

📲 Online Bookings & Deposits
All appointments can now be booked through my online booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are automatically taken through the booking app and deducted from your total on the day of your treatment. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.

⏰ Cancellations & Changes
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, as per the booking system terms. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged up to the full treatment cost, as the appointment is unlikely to be re-filled.

🚫 No-Shows
Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Repeated no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

⏳ Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.

💳 Payments
Any remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: Cash or Bank Transfer.

🌿 A Little Understanding
I completely understand that emergencies can happen — these will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
