Firstly, I'd like to say a huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients for keeping me so busy. I really do appreciate every single one of you.

As many of you know, my diary is especially busy at this time of year, and I often have a waiting list of clients hoping to book an appointment.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I completely understand that life happens. All I ask is that you give me **at least 24 hours' notice** wherever possible.

Unfortunately, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

This policy allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone on my waiting list and helps protect my small business.
