It is a professional system designed to allow clients to easily check availability, book appointments, manage their schedule, and receive automatic reminders — without the need for multiple direct messages regarding availability.

I kindly ask everyone to use the booking system as intended 🤍
If a time slot is available, it will be visible in the app.
If it is not shown, it means the schedule is currently fully booked.

I would also like to emphasise that cancellation fees and no-show policies are completely standard within the professional beauty and premium service industry.
When an appointment is reserved, that time is held exclusively for one client, which is why mutual respect for time and business organisation is extremely important.
