Primrose Betera who has not only secured her ticket for the biggest global convention with over 12,000 partners and members from accros the world, she has also earned the travel scholarship 😲 which means she's able to access incredible luxury elite destinations on land; hotels, resort and om sea; world class cruises for significantly lower prices simply not available to public.

Is it OMG is Monday again?
Most people are just going through the motions, living Friday and dreading Sunday night going into Monday.

Are you in the dreading Monday morning club?
You've had a few days off if your shift pattern allows and Monday is here and you're like OMG! Yet another Monday?

Or you're in the dread club - full ✋️

Because you're tired of been tired, exchanging your time for money, working super hard and yet nothing to show for it?

The income looks good on paper and yet you're always in your overdraft?
Holidays are distant dreams, or massive holes in your credit card or an already over stressed overdraft limit?

Absolutely me too, l ticked all the boxes.

So ask yourself if you continue doing what you're doing now will anything be different 3, 4, 6 months or 1 year from now? That's is the question l asked myself after ticking yes to all of above.

Freedom is not bought in working the extra bank shifts, working throughout your annual leave days
Is bought in making a decision a bold step to change something that will move you forward from your current stuck and dread status.

A question my coach asked me if the NHS took your job away tomorrow, how long would you survive? Which is very relevant in today's employment.

Scary question right? Well something to reflect on. Because there is a different way to work towards your freedom that does not require you to be in burn out all the time.

Imagine? What would a no Monday morning dread look like for you?

Guess what most people don't like it either.

Here is the thing however; discipline is not punishment like we perceive, is "the ability to do the right action at the right time independent of the mood"
