💈Day 5 at barbering college… although technically Day 4, because induction day barely counts 😂✂️
Another barbering reel, another load of reps.
Today was mainly about repetition and control:
• More sectioning practice — because practice makes perfect
• Theory work
• Scissor & comb control
• More sectioning
• Then some new sectioning work towards the end of the day
Nothing massively new technically until later on, but definitely more comfortable, more controlled and more progress made.
Slowly building the foundations properly. 👊

A full one-colour vivid refresh by Gemma, followed by a fresh cut to sharpen everything up and bring the whole look back to life.

Softening the folds, keeping the face looking like you. ✨
A lovely before & after from a nasolabial fold filler treatment by Tiegan.
Nasolabial folds are the lines that run from the sides of the nose down towards the corners of the mouth. They can become more noticeable over time as facial volume and support naturally change.
During this treatment, dermal filler is carefully placed to add support and soften the appearance of these folds, rather than trying to completely erase them. The aim is a fresher, more balanced result while still maintaining natural facial movement and proportions.
As with all aesthetic treatments, the amount of filler and the approach used will depend on the individual, and results can vary.

🫐 MEME’S HOMEMADE BRAMBLE JAM — £3 A JAR!
We’re giving a little shout-out to our good friend Kirstie and her daughter Meme, who’s been busy making her very own batch of homemade bramble jam! ❤️
Meme has done the work herself with Mum closely supervising the whole process — from the impressive mountain of brambles you can see in the photos to a serious collection of finished jars!

Day 3 at MADE Barbering Academy ✂️
Today was all about sectioning, comb control and getting those scissors moving properly — all building up to our first actual cut on Monday. Not bad after 3 days! 👀
And yes… the hat appearing and disappearing throughout the reel is completely intentional. Definitely nothing to do with the temperature being absolutely all over the place today. 😂🧢🥵
