Beach days are fun, but they can also leave the body needing a little reset. Long hours in the sun, carrying chairs and coolers, walking though sand, swimming, and lounging in positions your body is not used to can all add up.

Massage doesn't need to be something you earn after doing too much, working too much, or pushing through too much.
