Polite notice / heatwave☀️

It has been extremely warm in the salon over the past few days and we are expecting more hot weather over the coming days, the salon will be open however if we need to rearrange any appointments please be patient with us as we do our best to accommodate💛

The heat has an impact on the chemicals we use in the salon and our priority is keeping ourselves and our clients safe, we have refreshments available for everyone and we do have the fan and doors open for ventilation🫶

Unfortunately there’s been a post uploaded on social media today infact not just 1 several from one individual. Sadly this seems to be common in this industry when situations arise which is totally upsetting.

We are just a small independent business trying to make a living and when things like this happen it’s truly devastating- Not everything you see online is real.

If a mistake does happen we would always try and rectify the problem as our clients satisfaction will always come first, however as stated in our police any issues must be made aware within the first 7 days of your initial appointment. Unfortunately mistakes do happen as we are only human and not everything can be 100% perfect all of the time even though we would like it to be!

We try our hardest to create a warm, friendly environment for people to relax and enjoy and we appreciate every single customer who walks through the door.

We will not be responding on anything that is posted or messaged to us about the matter as this should be resolved in a 1-1 situation only.
