🌸We then move you to our couch for a lower leg and foot massage, incorporating lymphatic drainage and paying special attention to tight tense calf muscles.
If your legs are feeling tired and heavy, we can extend the treatment for a full leg and foot massage.
🌸Moving up to the face, the treatment continues with a cleanse, gentle exfoliation and a facial massage using ice globes or cold stones.

A gentle weighted blanket placement, slow steady grounding holds at the shoulders, hips and feet and light scalp pressure
