✨ A little reintroduction… ✨

For anyone new here, I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself again 🩷

I’m Chelsea, the face behind Bella Rose Beauty. What started around 6 years ago with lashes and nails has grown into something I never could have imagined. Since last year, I’ve also taken the step into aesthetics, and it’s honestly been one of the most exciting parts of my journey so far. 🥹✨

I’m a mum of two, running a business alongside raising my children, and I won’t lie — building a business isn’t always easy. There are days where I question myself, days where I feel like I’m not where I should be, and plenty of behind-the-scenes hard work that you don’t always see.

But I’m determined. I have so many goals for Bella Rose Beauty, and although I’m not quite where I want to be yet, I truly believe that with consistency, determination and the continued support from all of you, I’ll get there. 🤍

To every single client who has supported me from the beginning, continued to book, recommended me to friends and family, shared my posts, tagged me, left reviews or simply cheered me on — thank you. You genuinely help my little business grow more than you realise. 🥹🩷

And for anyone who hasn’t been to me before…

💋 LET’S TALK ABOUT BRUISING AFTER LIP FILLER

One thing I always remind my clients: bruising after lip filler is completely normal and doesn’t mean something has gone wrong. 🤍

The lips are a highly vascular area, meaning there are lots of tiny blood vessels around the injection sites. Even with a gentle technique, a small blood vessel can occasionally be nicked, causing a bruise.

💗 Bruising can look different from person to person — some clients barely bruise, while others can develop quite noticeable purple, red or yellowing areas as the bruise heals.

It can also appear worse over the first couple of days before gradually fading, so don’t panic if you wake up the next morning and notice more bruising than you had immediately after your appointment.

Usually, bruising settles naturally within several days, although occasionally it can take a little longer.

So please don’t be scared by a bruise — it is a very common part of the healing process after lip filler. 💋

💋 RUSSIAN LIPS ON M-SHAPED LIPS 💋

M-shaped lips can be one of the more challenging lip shapes to work with when creating a Russian lip look. The natural central peaks and dips can make it more difficult to achieve height, definition and a smooth, balanced shape without overfilling or losing the client’s natural features.

Russian lip technique focuses on lifting and defining the lip vertically, rather than simply adding forward projection. With an M-shaped lip, this requires careful placement and an understanding of the client’s individual anatomy to create a more defined, balanced appearance while still respecting their natural shape. 🤍
