To protect my small business and appointment availability, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:

• 48 hours or less notice:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
The full cost of the appointment will be charged.

As many of you know, hairdressing is my livelihood. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments mean I lose valuable appointment time and income, while still having business costs to cover.

I completely understand that genuine illness and unforeseen emergencies can happen, and these will always be taken into consideration.

I hope you understand and appreciate why I have had to introduce this policy. It isn’t something I’ve taken lightly, but it’s necessary to help protect my business and continue providing the best service to all of my clients.
