Important Update!!
First off, thank you. Your continued trust and support mean everything to me, and I'm incredibly grateful to work with so many of you on your health, recovery, and performance journeys. I'm still pinching myself that this is my job now!
Starting this week, there will be a small price increase to my services. I did share this on Instagram last week so follow me on there for more regular updates!!
This adjustment allows me to continue offering the highest level of care, invest in ongoing training, and cover rising costs - while still keeping your treatment experience personal, focused, and effective.
I know every penny counts, so I want you to know this decision wasn't made lightly. My goal is (and always will be to give you real results, ongoing support, and a safe space to show up as you are - sore muscles and all
