✨ Sometimes, we need to remove before we can create…

When brows have become oversaturated with old pigment, adding more semi-permanent makeup on top isn’t always the answer.

Over time, repeated treatments can leave the skin holding too much pigment. The brows may begin to look too dark, blocky, cool-toned or lacking in definition — and simply adding another layer of pigment can make the problem worse.

This is why I will sometimes recommend laser removal before any further brow work. 🤍

Lightening that old pigment gives us a much cleaner canvas to work with and allows me to create brows that look softer, fresher and more natural.

I know nobody loves being told they need removal when they’re excited for new brows, but sometimes taking that extra step is what makes all the difference to the final result.

Beautiful brows aren’t about continually adding more pigment — sometimes the best thing we can do is take some away first. ✨
