💛A time to focus more on self care, stress management and creating healthy routines. Invest in yourself.

💚We can't fill from an empty cup. By looking after ourselves first, we can help others fill their cup too if they need it.

🩵Here are some ideas on how to celebrate national wellness month.

❤️Book yourself a Massage or even a realaxing facial. Massage has so many benefits.

●Resets the nervous system
●Relieves Muscle Pain
●Enhances Blood Circulation
●Improves Sleep Quality
●Increases Mobility

💚Take time out for you. Whether that is booking a treatment for yourself. Any treatment is time out for you. Even having your brows done. Think about it, you are lying on the bed and have to stay there until your treatment is done. Those little things can make the biggest difference to your wellbeing. Just a little reset and time for you. 😊🙏

💜Going for a light walk, go for a coffee and catch up with friends. Keeping yourself hydrated. Some light exercise. These are just some things we can do for our selves if we make the time to do it.

💚I am guilty of not practicing what I preach a lot of the time. But I am trying. 🙏

🩵What do you do to look after your wellness. I would love to know. No matter how "weird" you think it might be. If you enjoy it and you're making time for you then that is what matters. I will go first.

💛Cleaning something I have been meaning to get around to and kept putting off. I find it it so cathartic and it resets my brain. My husband tells me I look lighter.
