We worked with her natural shape, introducing subtle lift, structure and definition whilst keeping her natural brow hair very much part of the finished result ♥️

DUBAI, I’M COMING FOR YA! 🇦🇪✈️🥹

In less than 12 hours I’ll be heading to Dubai to attend my first international PMU congress as a speaker, judge and live demonstration artist! 🥹🙌🏻

I’ll be taking to the stage to talk about something I’m incredibly passionate about (it’s a secret for now because it’s also a soft launch for what’s the come in Jan 27 🤫!), and demonstrating my signature realism brow technique live to fellow artists from around the world 🌍

This year has taken me places I genuinely never imagined, and despite spending the last few days fighting for my LIFE with the flu 🤧😂, I’m READY!

I look forward to missing Joe & our dogs from a sun-lounger with an iced coffee 😎🤣

When my lovely client first came to me, we were working with two completely different brows.

One brow still had relatively dense natural hair growth, while the other had experienced almost complete hair loss due to alopecia. Alongside this, there was quite a significant natural asymmetry to also consider for treatment.

For me, a case like this was always going to be a multi-step process, with precision and patience.

Our goal was to create balance, facial harmony and a brand new 3D realistic brow.

From the very beginning, I planned this as a three-step process.

SESSION ONE — BALANCE & SYMMETRY ✏️
Our first appointment was about building the foundation. Creating a shape that brought the brows into better symmetry, restored balance to the face and gave us the framework we needed to build upon.

I knew I didn’t want to overwork the skin or try to achieve everything in one appointment. With hyperrealism work, restraint is just as important as technique.

SESSION TWO — REINFORCE & REFINE 🤎
Once we could see exactly how the first treatment had healed, we could assess pigment retention and reinforce and redefine individual areas where needed.

Permanent makeup is a process — pigment heals differently throughout the brow, and healed results tell me far more about my clients unique skin composition than fresh tattoos ever can.

SESSION THREE — CREATING THE 3D EFFECT 🪄
Our final stage will be focusing much more heavily on the brow affected by alopecia.

Now that our foundation is established, I can concentrate purely on adding further dimension, layering and definition at her next appointment to create that beautiful 3D illusion of natural brow hair.

I genuinely think this has been one of the most rewarding and humbling brow journeys I’ve had the privilege of working on 🥹

Seeing how beautifully the work is beginning to heal has made me SO excited for the final result. We’re not quite at the end of this journey yet… but what we’re seeing so far is incredible! 🥹🙌🏻
