Hey girls if you have an appointment from the 15th of December onwards I will be requiring a deposit of £10 to secure your appointment. This will be something I will continue to be doing from the 15th onwards due to the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations over the last few months.
I will also now be sticking to my cancellation policies requiring a £10 fee charged if cancelled within 48hours of the appointment and a 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is within 24hours of the appointment. No further appointments will be able to be made unless this is paid. This fee is required as this is my income and with last minute cancellations/ rescheduling and no shows I am unable to fill your appointment and therefore loosing out.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment this will be classed as a no show requiring you to pay the cancellation fee as I will no longer have time to carry out the service.
Please also keep in mind that when coming to an appointment that your appointment starts at the time booked not when I start lashing so coming with no makeup on ready will allow me to have more time to work.
Please make sure all deposits are paid asap to secure your appointment (put your name as the reference and let me know when it’s sent)
