as of today...
I have always had a cancellation policy and never really stuck to it for one reason or another (mates, good clients ect ) but as it stands its not fair to cancel on the day , the day before, its essentially like me taking a day's pay out of ypur wage and no one wants that and its like people dont get it so I do apologise but all cancellations will be charged and no further appointments booked till this and a further deposit has been paid . Also cash is preferred but if transfer is a must it has to be done before leaving the salon you couldnt leave without paying anywhere else .. sorry for the rant but here we are .
Also massive thank you to everyone who turns up on time pays on time its appreciated # # #

Can all clients just be mindful and i rekon i speak for all self employed people when I say , you can message me at whatever time a day you want I really dont mind its whenever you remember but please then also remember I do have a life and children also and if im not busy I will reply but if I am please give it till a working day to let me reply before then messaging me again sometimes I do need a reminder as im just one person but not bombarding with messages when potentially im just spending time with family and dont have my diary . Thank you 💗
