As many of you know, my daughter has Type 1 diabetes. I’m currently helping the amazing Hannah who runs Doncaster Dia-Buddies – a monthly social group where children aged 5–15 with Type 1 diabetes, along with their families, can get together, make friends, support one another and enjoy fun activities.

We’re starting to run out of ideas! 😅

We’re looking for activities or venues that:
✨ Can cater for children aged 5–15
✨ Are reasonably priced (or offer charity/community rates)
✨ Can accommodate a group
✨ Are in or around Doncaster (happy to travel a little)

We’ve already looked into some of the usual places, but many are either too expensive or have age restrictions that don’t work for the whole group.

Does anyone have any suggestions, hidden gems, or know of any businesses that might like to support a local charity group? We’d love to hear your ideas! 💙

This is where I carry out all of my female waxing treatments, including intimate waxing using the V Mould technique. 🩷

I use hard wax for all sensitive areas (including intimate, underarms and face) and strip wax for the legs.

Why hard wax? 🤍

Hard wax wraps around the hair rather than sticking as firmly to the skin, making it a gentler option for delicate areas. It can help reduce discomfort while still giving excellent results, which is why it’s my preferred choice for intimate waxing.
